Mayowa Akinsanya

Mayowa Akinsanya is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development. Currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor at FMO, the Dutch entrepreneurial development bank, since April 2022, Mayowa develops and oversees various HR policies and provides expertise in job design and organizational structure. Previously, Mayowa held roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at FMO, People and Culture Coordinator at Ki Culture, and Team Lead for Culture and Organizational Development at Access Bank Plc, where responsibilities included shaping teams, analyzing engagement data, and driving recruitment strategies. Additional experience includes HR Business Partner roles at Access Bank, Recruiter at Greenwich Merchant Bank, and a graduate program with the Independent National Electoral Commission. Mayowa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Obafemi Awolowo University.
