Trina Ganguly

Trina Ganguly is an experienced Program Project Manager at FMO - Dutch entrepreneurial development bank since January 2019, leading an enterprise-wide transformation program focused on strategic digitalization and organizational effectiveness. Previously, Trina served as a Product Owner at Stryker from April 2017 to December 2018, where responsibilities included business process optimization, data governance, and training global demand planners. Prior experience as a Business Consultant and Technology Consultant at Cognizant involved enhancing systems for major clients, such as the Bank of New York Mellon and Barclays, with a focus on Agile methodologies and user story management. Trina holds an Exec. MSc. in Change Leadership from both HEC Paris and Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from West Bengal University of Technology.
