Erin Pitera

Erin Pitera is the current President & CEO at FMP Consulting (Federal Management Partners, Inc.). Prior to this, they were an Employee Relations Specialist at Independence Air from September 2003 to July 2004. Before that, they were an Executive Compensation Analyst at RBC from May 2002 to September 2002. Erin has also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Bombardier Aerospace from September 2001 to July 2003 and again from September 2002 to May 2002.

Erin Pitera holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Relations from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a specialization in International Studies and a minor in Economics from the University of Waterloo. Erin has also received a certification from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate.
