Sandy Koch

Sandy Koch, PhD, is a seasoned professional in organizational psychology and human capital management, currently serving as the Human Capital Engagement Manager at FMP Consulting since January 2023. Previously, Sandy Koch operated as an Organizational Psychologist from January 2019 to June 2022 and held various strategic roles at General Dynamics Information Technology, SRA, a CSRA company, Pfizer, Catalyst Inc., West Point Military Academy, and as a Fulbright Fellow in Japan. Educational credentials include a PhD and MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, a Fulbright Fellowship in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Nanzan University, and a BA in Psychology and Gender Studies from Claremont McKenna College.
