Michael Justice

Michael Justice began their career at FirstBank in 1989, where they worked as a Customer Service Lead. Michael then moved to Guaranty Bank & Trust, where they held various roles, including Operations Officer/Branch Manager/Lead Teller, AVP Data Processing, and VP IT Systems Management. In 2011, they became the SVP Manager of Operations at Guaranty Bank & Trust, a position they held until 2018. After that, they joined Independent Bank Group, Inc. as the SVP Director of Digital and Commercial Solutions, overseeing digital channels and treasury management services. Currently, they are working at FMS Bank as the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer.

Michael Justice earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Colorado Denver, completing their studies from 1991 to 1994. Additionally, they obtained a MOF 4.0 Foundations Certificate from Microsoft, although the month and year of acquisition are unspecified.
