Shawn Pickering

Shawn Pickering has a wide range of work experience, starting with their current position as a Client Services Project Manager at FM:Systems since December 2019. Before that, they held the same position at Asure Software starting in August 2012.

Prior to their project management roles, Shawn worked as a Project Manager at Lionbridge from September 2008 to August 2012. In this role, they were responsible for project scope identification, quoting, planning, and monitoring to ensure deadlines, quality, and budget requirements were met. Shawn also built strong relationships with clients and served as their primary point of contact.

Earlier in their career, Shawn worked as a Human Resource Recruiter at Ameresco in June 2008, and as a Human Resource Generalist at Boston Health Care from May 2003 to June 2008. In these roles, they were involved in various HR functions such as employee orientation, recruitment, interviewing, job offers, and preparing reports for the management team.

Shawn also gained experience as a Human Resource Specialist at Boise Office Solutions from January 2000 to October 2002. In this role, they handled healthcare enrollments, maintained HRIS systems, managed payroll and vacation time for associates, maintained personnel files, facilitated safety committees, conducted new hire orientations, and assisted with terminations.
