Ewa Johansson

Ewa Johansson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in HR, procurement, and business development. Currently serving as an HR Project Leader and Procurement Manager at FMV - Försvarets materielverk since September 2021, Ewa also holds the positions of Owner and Managing Director as well as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Women In Progress, an organization dedicated to enhancing women's visibility and skills in leadership roles. Ewa's past roles include Senior Vice President at Tacton, CEO of Sidewalk Express, and various positions with a focus on international business expansion and key account management. Ewa holds a Master's degree in International Economics and Business Administration from Linköping University and has pursued numerous certifications and advanced courses in coaching, board governance, and strategic human resource management.
