Carlen Zhu

Carlen Zhu is a UX Designer II at FMX, where responsibilities include executing internal alpha testing for the mobile app, enhancing UI design through wireframing and prototyping, and refining UX copy for user clarity. Previously, as a UX Designer, Carlen led the design process for FMX's inaugural mobile app and improved the R&D team's project life cycle through UX methodologies. Carlen's background includes roles as a UX Researcher at Halfmoon Coffee, Clinical Coordinator at Cerebral, and Clinical Research Assistant at Columbia University, showcasing expertise in user research, mental health, and clinical studies. Carlen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Asian Studies from Colgate University, a User Experience Design certificate from General Assembly, and completed a Postbaccalaureate Premedical Program at Columbia University.
