Geert de Rouck

Geert De Rouck is an experienced internal audit and risk management professional currently serving as the Global Head of Internal Audit at FN Browning Group since March 2023. Previously, Geert held various senior positions including Director of Risk & Assurance at KPMG Belgium and Director at Deloitte Belgium, where responsibilities included leading internal audit and risk advisory services. Geert also spearheaded the Governance, Risk & Assurance practice at Moore Stephens Belgium and served as EMEIA Internal Audit Leader at EY, connecting teams across regions and promoting thought leadership. Additionally, Geert has contributed as a Board Member and Training Director for the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners Belgian Chapter. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Economics and certifications in LEAN and forensic auditing. Areas of expertise encompass internal audit, enterprise risk assessment, corporate governance, and compliance with regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley and GDPR.
