Rocky Scalzo

Rocky Scalzo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rocky began their career in 1991 as an AVP at First Midwest Bank. From 1992 to 1999, they served as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking at Grand National Bank, where they led a team of lenders and was involved in credit quality management. In 1999, they joined Citizens Bank as Vice President of Commercial Banking. From 2001 to 2009, Rocky worked at AMCORE Bank as the Regional President, where they successfully opened new markets and developed banking teams in the Chicago area. Rocky then joined International Precision Components Corp in 2009, initially as the Chief Financial Officer, and later as the Chief Operating Officer. In these roles, they managed various aspects of the company, including production, sales, finance, and engineering. During their time at International Precision Components Corp, Rocky negotiated acquisitions, introduced efficiency models in manufacturing, and implemented financial reporting and cash flow procedures. In 2016, they joined FNA Group as the CFO. Overall, Rocky Scalzo has extensive experience in finance, operations, and leadership roles, and has demonstrated success in driving growth and profitability.
