Roland Jackson has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Roland began their career as a Sales Director at Stanley Bostitch in 1999, managing the growth and profitability of the Home Center Channel. Roland then moved on to American Biophysics in 2002, where they served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, successfully increasing sales by 46% within a year. Roland joined Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in 2010 as the Sales Director, responsible for managing all Sales and Marketing for multiple product categories within Home Depot. Roland then moved to Sumec North America in 2013 as the Vice President, overseeing operations and a team of service representatives. Currently, Roland is working at FNA Group, starting in 2015, initially as the Vice President of National Accounts and later transitioning to the role of Vice President of Retail Sales in 2022.
