Paulo de Sousa

Paulo De Sousa has extensive experience in the retail and customer service sectors, primarily with Fnac Darty. Since January 2019, Paulo has served as the Responsable création de contenu vidéos/tutoriels at Fnac Darty, focusing on enhancing customer knowledge and brand recognition through video content. Previously, Paulo held the position of Responsable animation qualité SAV, responsible for supporting stores in utilizing quality diagnostic tools and ensuring customer service excellence. Prior to Fnac Darty, Paulo worked at Fnac from January 2002 to December 2022 in various roles, including Chargé d’animation qualité & outils SAV and Chargé de formation/animation qualité et outils SAV, aiming to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery. Early in the career, Paulo was a Vendeur Réceptionniste SAV, responsible for customer interactions and device diagnostics. Paulo holds a BTS in Electrotechnique from Raspail, completed between 1999 and 2001.
