Théo currently serves as the Head of Staff at Fnac Darty's Digital Factory since December 2018, where responsibilities include optimizing team workflows, enhancing performance, and aligning objectives with the company's overall strategy. Previous roles at Fnac Darty include Tech Manager and Tech Lead, overseeing technical teams and ensuring project alignment with business goals. Prior experience includes a position as an engineer in studies and development at SFEIR and as a Lead Web Integrator at e-TF1, focusing on front-end integration for major football clubs. Théo has also contributed as a developer during the Startup Weekend Quebec 2014 and worked as a Web Integrator for high-traffic e-commerce sites at e-merchant, part of the Pixmania Group. Education was completed at KEDGE Business School from June 2020 to November 2021.
