Karina Strauss

Karina Strauss is an accomplished professional in the field of actuarial science and analytics, currently serving as the Head of Scored Credit & Analytics - Asset Based Finance at FNB South Africa since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as the Actuarial Analytics Head for Agric and Analytics Head for Acquisitions, Pricing & Credit Governance at FNB Rest of Africa from June 2018 to April 2022, where Karina focused on driving profitable growth in the Retail portfolio across the region. Earlier roles include Actuarial Analyst positions at FNB South Africa and RMB Bank, as well as serving as an Actuarial Consultant at Alexander Forbes, specializing in Short Term Insurance in both the South African and Nigerian markets. Karina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science.
