Nsiwa Mugala

Nsiwa Mugala is an experienced Collections Officer currently employed at FNB Zambia since July 2023, with a prior position in the same role at ExpressCredit.co.zm from February 2020 to July 2023. Responsibilities included managing collection of outstanding debts, negotiating payments and arrangements, addressing debtor inquiries, executing recovery processes, and providing administrative support.
