Theresa Austell has a strong background in the banking industry, with experience in various leadership roles. Theresa started their career at TCF Bank in 2008 as a Commercial Underwriter, quickly advancing to the position within three months. In 2009, they joined FNBC Bank & Trust as a Senior Commercial Underwriter, where they implemented underwriting standards and educated lending staff on loan analysis. Theresa was later promoted to Vice-President, Credit Administration Manager, overseeing a team of Commercial Credit Analysts and managing the Allowance for Loan & Lease Losses. Currently, Theresa holds the position of Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer at FNBC Bank & Trust, where they are responsible for the overall asset quality of the bank's loan portfolio and ensures a high-quality, low-risk portfolio. Theresa reports on asset quality to the Board and oversees various credit administration functions.
Theresa Austell holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance from Texas Tech University.
