FNDev has been established in October 2009. Its legal entity FNDev Consultancy Services in Egypt was established in October 2009, and later in November 2017 legal entity FNDev Consultancy Services L.L.C was established in UAE SHAMS (Sharjah Media City) and joined the FNDev group.

In July 2022, "FNDev Consultancy Services FZCO" was established in Dubai IFZA joining the group expanding its business with Saudi Arabia and other countries.

FNDev is owned by Fadi Abadir, who has worked for many years in the field of Consultancy of Oracle Applications E-Business Suite. Several clients were served in many fields, such as Banking, Telecom, Construction & Real-Estate, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Technology & Software Solutions. FNDev Consultancy Services has become an Oracle Silver Partner in 2013 and upgraded to an Oracle Gold Partner from 2016 to 2019.
