James Vincent has worked in the advertising industry for over 30 years, beginning their career in 1988 as an Account Executive at Saatchi & Saatchi. In 1991, they moved to TBWA\\Chiat\\Day as an Account Manager. In 1992, they took a role as Managing Director at FPF London, a tech start-up agency. In 1995, they joined J. Walter Thompson Worldwide as Global Managing Director. In 2000, they returned to TBWA\\Chiat\\Day as Managing Director of the global Apple account, where they worked directly with Steve Jobs and Jony Ive on product introductions for the iPod and iTunes. In 2006, they founded and became CEO of TBWA\\Media Arts Lab, the exclusive brand agency partner for Apple. In 2014, they became President of the Airbnb Brand at TBWA\\Worldwide, where they advised founder & CEO Brian Chesky directly on all Airbnb brand development. In 2017, they founded FNDR, a company that works with founders to harness the power of narrative and give voice to their vision. Finally, in 2022, they became the Guest Host of the Most Innovative Companies Podcast at Fast Company.
James Vincent attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 1985 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics.
