Jon Sanfelippo

Mr. Sanfelippo supports clients in sell-side, buy-side and capital raise transactions, supporting all aspects of transaction execution. He joined Westlake in 2021 from GulfStar Group, where he executed numerous sell-side, buy-side and capital raise engagements for privately-held middle market companies. His transaction experience spans the manufacturing, e-commerce, industrial services and tech-enabled services industries throughout the United States and Mexico. Mr. Sanfelippo holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses.
