Renee Estes Cebs, Fpc

Renee Estes has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Renee began their career in 1985 as an Office Manager at Pierce Brown & Associates Advertising Agency. Renee then moved on to work as an HR Administration professional at Wesley-on-East Retirement Community from 1988 to 1990. Following that, Renee worked as a Scheduling Coordinator at David A. Hanson, D.D.S. from 1990 to 1992. Renee then took on the role of Personnel Administrator/Office Manager at McRee Printing Co. in 1993, followed by a position as Benefits Administration professional at PetSmart from 1993 to 1996.

In 1996, Renee joined Rural/Metro Corporation as an HR Benefits Coordinator before transitioning to PMH Health Resources (Phoenix Memorial Hospital) as a Benefits & Compensation Manager, where they worked until 2000.

In 2000, Renee joined FNF Construction, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources and held that position until 2021. Renee then took on the role of Director of Human Resources & Payroll until 2023, before assuming their current position as Director of Payroll.

Throughout their career, Renee has demonstrated a focus on improving efficiency, developing solutions, and implementing processes to enhance internal controls. Renee has experience leading teams and leveraging their strengths to address challenges and support the growth of the organizations they have worked for.

Renee Estes, CEBS, FPC, completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in HR at Western International University from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, they pursued a Business Administration field of study at SUNY Empire State College, although the specific time period is unknown. Renee also holds certifications in Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) from the American Payroll Association (APA), obtained in April 2022, and Certified Employee Benefits Specialist from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Professionals (IFEBP), obtained in May 2013.
