Abby Barla

Abby Barla has a diverse work experience starting as a Customer Service Professional at H&R Block in 2013. Abby then worked as an HR Intern at Kidwell in 2015. Abby joined FNIC Trusted insurance advisors in 2016 as an HR Assistant and later became a Human Resources Generalist. In 2022, they were promoted to the position of Senior HR Generalist and then to Lead HR Professional in 2022. Currently, Abby holds the position of VP, HR at FNIC Trusted insurance advisors, which they started in May 2023.

Abby Barla, PHR obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication Studies and Spanish from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2016. In 2021, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2020, they also received a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn.
