Arthur Hibert

Arthur Hibert currently serves as the Responsable de l'Observatoire emploi formation at FNSEA since April 2018, where responsibilities include the management and analysis of employment and training data, conducting prospective studies on jobs and qualifications, and supporting strategic employment initiatives. Prior to this role, Arthur Hibert was involved in various capacities at the Département de Seine-et-Marne from 2012 to 2018, including as Chef de projet Observatoire, overseeing the departmental observatory project with a focus on data management and analysis in collaboration with external partners. Arthur Hibert holds multiple degrees in Geography with a focus on cartography and geospatial sciences from University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and Ecole nationale des Sciences géographiques.
