Claire Ruaud

Responsable Protection Sociale at FNSEA

Claire Ruaud has extensive experience in the field of social protection, currently serving as the Responsable protection sociale at FNSEA since December 2017. In this role, Claire handles technical and legal matters related to collective agreements on complementary health and insurance coverage and participates in negotiations with insurance organizations. Claire also manages relationships with partner organizations and represents FNSEA on social protection matters externally. In addition, Claire serves as an Administratrice for multiple institutions within the Groupe AGRICA, including AGRI PRÉVOYANCE, CPCEA, CCPMA, as well as ANIPS and CTIP. Previously, as Chargée de mission protection sociale complémentaire at MSA from April 2012 to December 2017, Claire focused on the implementation of agricultural production agreements and provided legal and technical support to various organizations. Claire holds a Master 2 (M2) degree in Droit de la santé et de la protection sociale from Université Paris Nanterre, earned in 2011.
