James Thompson

James Thompson has extensive work experience in the financial industry. James is currently the Head of Delivery at FNZ Group, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at UBS Investment Bank for over a decade, starting as a Project Manager, Equities from an unknown date until February 2014, and then transitioning to become the Head of Delivery from February 2014 until June 2021. Before joining UBS, James held various roles at BGC Partners, including VP Asia Pacific, Eccoware, from April 2005 to December 2008, and VP Client Support and Delivery Services, Europe and Asia, from December 2001 to April 2005. At BGC Partners, they were responsible for business development, strategic analysis, designing and implementing CRM systems, and managing client support desks.

James Thompson attended Ipswich Boys School from 1988 to 1995. James then went on to study Business Information Systems at Northumbria University from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained a BSc Hons degree.
