Kirsty McLaughlin is a seasoned risk management professional with extensive experience in risk reporting and systems, currently serving as the Head of Group Risk Reporting and Systems at FNZ Group since March 2020. Previously, Kirsty held the position of Global Risk Systems Manager at Royal London and worked as a Risk Analyst at both Royal London and Tesco Bank, where responsibilities included risk support, control design, and business continuity management. Prior roles include Executive PA at Standard Life Investments and Ernst & Young, where administrative support and event management were key duties. Kirsty holds a BA in Business and Enterprise from Edinburgh Napier University, a Diploma in Marketing Management from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and a Diploma in Legal Practice from The Open University.
