Orestis Evangelatos

Orestis Evangelatos has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. From 2022, they have been the Head of Product Management at FNZ Group. Previously, they worked at Appway, where they held multiple leadership roles, including Head of Product, Head of Product Marketing Management, and Head of Customer Success Services. At Appway, they were responsible for managing product teams, leading global teams, and driving revenue growth. Before Appway, Orestis worked at Université de Genève as a Senior R&D IT Engineer and Research Engineer, specializing in theoretical computer science and sensors. Orestis also worked as an Information and Computer Science Teacher at Cercle d'études Grecques and as a Salesman in the Computers Department at MULTIRAMA. Their early career involved Client Service at Hellenic Telecommunications Organisation.

Orestis Evangelatos has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Computer Science from the University of Geneva, which they completed from 2010 to 2015. Orestis also holds a Diploma equivalent to a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Engineering and Informatics from the University of Patras, where they studied from 2003 to 2010. In 2008, Orestis participated in an exchange semester at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), focusing on Computer Science. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from The Institute of Leadership in 2023 and The Data Scientist's Toolbox certification from Coursera Course Certificates in 2016.
