Tom Chard

Tom joined FNZ in 2018 and is the Chief Executive Officer, North America. He is responsible for all aspects of the enterprise market within North America including client management, strategic growth and new client acquisition.

Tom started with FNZ in Australia to drive product stewardship and enhance delivery for their Australian business. After leading the successful transformation of several wealth management platforms, Tom relocated to the UK to play an integral role within the regional business across platform transformation, group product, strategy and business development.

Prior to joining FNZ, Tom worked in a range of roles in technology transformation, relationship management and operations at State Street, both in Australia and Boston.
