Nicolle Brondi has extensive experience in risk management and loss control. From 2015 to present, they have been working at Foa & Son Corporation, where they started as a Risk and Loss Control Specialist and is currently the Assistant Vice President of Safety & Loss Control. In these roles, Nicolle is responsible for minimizing avoidable losses for the company's policyholders and implementing loss control tools and training. Prior to their current position, Nicolle worked at Greater New York Insurance Companies as a Loss Control Analyst, where they evaluated field work and provided risk-related support to senior management and the underwriting department.
Nicolle Brondi, CRM, ARM pursued their education at The University of Mary Washington from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics. Prior to that, they attended Ridgefield High School from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their educational background, Nicolle Brondi has certifications including Associate in Risk Management (ARM-P) from The Institutes and Certified Risk Manager (CRM) from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. Nicolle also holds various OSHA certifications, including OSHA 10 Hour Construction Industry, OSHA 10 Hour General Industry, and OSHA 30 Hour General Industry.
