Mona Striib

Mona Striib has served as the Forbundsformand for the trade union FOA since April 2018, representing approximately 180,000 members across various professions, including social and health workers, educators, and service personnel. Prior to this role, they were involved in numerous leadership positions within FOA and other organizations, focusing on labor market policy, social policy, and organizational development. Mona has also engaged in international work and EU activities, representing FOA on various boards and committees. Their extensive experience in union leadership spans several decades, beginning in the early 1980s.
