Khalid Alharbi is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and strategic planning across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at FOAJ GROUP since April 2024, Khalid oversees recruitment processes and aligns HR strategies with business objectives. Khalid has also worked as a Strategic Partner at HDTC Training & Consulting since January 2025 and previously held roles in HR management at ASAS MAKEEN FOR REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT and Axis Inspection Contracting JSC, where responsibilities included manpower planning, recruitment target achievement, and employee performance management. Khalid’s HR career began as a Human Resources Specialist in a Confidential Government entity, building a solid foundation of HR practices and policies. Khalid holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Translation from Qassim University and several professional HR qualifications, including CIPD and a Mini-MBA from IBMI.
