Donald McCarty has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Donald began their career as a Manager of Client Support at Threshold Data Technology, where they gained extensive knowledge of accounting systems and digital data management. Donald then moved on to RTI International Metals as a Division Controller, where they facilitated accurate cost and profit calculations during a transition to SAP.

Afterwards, McCarty served as the Chief Financial Officer at Stoutheart Corporation, where they successfully managed the company to profitability and implemented multiple inventory valuation systems. Donald then joined Ascalon Enterprises / MW Universal as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, overseeing numerous subsidiaries and contributing to significant sales growth through acquisitions.

More recently, McCarty worked at Viamedia as the Controller, responsible for financial management, before assuming their current role as the Chief Financial Officer at Foam Design Inc.

Throughout their career, McCarty has demonstrated their expertise in financial management, acquisition integration, and turnaround strategies in a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, and automotive.

Donald McCarty MBA CMA has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Finance from The University of Akron. Donald also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Certified Managerial Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) in August 2014 and Sarbanes Oxley Trained Professional (SOTP) from the Management and Strategy Institute in July 2014.
