The company serves packaging, appliance, building products, cold chain, automotive, consumer and other general industrial end-markets. Foam Holdings is the result of the merging of 4 key acquisitions: Drew Foam in November 2020, Huntington Solutions in December 2020, Insulation Corporation of America in December of 2020, and Fabricated Packaging Materials in November 2021. These companies, along with a healthy add-on acquisition schedule backed by multi-billion dollar PE fund Wynnchurch Capital, make Foam Holdings one of the largest players in all of their respective industries.
