Brendan Berkel

Brendan Berkel has a diverse work experience starting from 2017. Brendan worked as a STEM Tutor at Virginia Western Community College from August 2017 to May 2018. At the University of Virginia, they served as an Engineering School Tutor from January 2019 to May 2021. From June 2019 to March 2021, Brendan worked as an Engineer at Flexadyne, Inc. In 2021, they joined ImagineOptix Corporation as a Mechanical Engineer from June to November. From January to May 2022, Brendan was a Leadership Experience Intern at Refugee Hope Partners. Currently, they are employed as a Research and Development Engineer at Focal Medical, Inc. starting in June 2022.

Brendan Berkel pursued their education in a systematic manner, beginning with attending Virginia Western Community College from 2016 to 2018. During this time, they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Engineering. Following this accomplishment, Brendan then furthered their education by enrolling at the University of Virginia from 2018 to 2021. It was here that they focused on Biomedical/Medical Engineering and successfully completed their Bachelor's degree.
