Paul Okarma

Paul Okarma is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning over 15 years in various roles primarily focused on mechanical design and development. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and Engineering Development Leader at Focal Point, LLC since June 2016, Paul has previously held positions including Senior Mechanical Design & Development Engineer and Mechanical Design & Development Engineer. Prior to Focal Point, Okarma worked at Harrington Hoists, Inc. as a Mechanical Design Engineer and at Creative Thermal Solutions as a Research Engineer. Early in the career, Paul gained experience as an Enterprise Technology Intern at Allstate Insurance. Okarma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Enterprise Systems Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, attained in 2008.
