Alice Gumo MCIPS

Alice Gumo MCIPS has held a variety of roles in the procurement and service delivery industry. From 2010 to 2021, they have worked for a number of companies including BAA, Centrica Energy, Barclays Capital, Grosvenor, Lloyds Banking Group, Hibu (Yell Group), hibu, QBE North America, and Deluxe. In 2010, they held the role of Interim Procurement Head Process & Systems at BAA, followed by the role of Supply Chain Systems Lead at Centrica Energy. In 2011, they were a SAP SRM Process Consultant at Barclays Capital and a P2P Project Lead at Grosvenor. Alice then held the role of Global Procurement Workstream Lead at Hibu (Yell Group) and Global Head Procurement Systems & Operations at hibu. From 2015 to 2021, they held the role of Vice President Procurement Operations at QBE North America and Executive Director at Deluxe. Currently, they hold the role of SVP Head of Service Delivery at Focal Point.

Alice Gumo MCIPS completed their Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Reading in 1996.
