Roger Weakley, MPM, CSM

Roger Weakley has over 20 years of experience in Project Management and Operations Management. From 1998 to 2000, they were an Electronics Technician at Special Boat Unit 20, US Navy. From 2000 to 2006, they were the Technical Surveillance Element Team Lead at Naval Special Warfare Development Group, US Navy. From 2006 to 2010, they were the Maintenance Supervisor at Naval Station Rota, Spain, US Navy. From 2010 to 2013, they were the Operations Manager at Maritime Civil Affairs Group, Navy Expeditionary Combat Command, US Navy. From 2013 to 2017, they were the Operations Management at TOC, Patrol and Reconnaissance Wing Eleven, US Navy. Since 2017, they have been the Project Manager at Focal Point Solutions Group, responsible for analyzing, tracking and delivering Project Management solutions, overseeing a Multi Service Provider Project portfolio, and managing M&A Integrations. Roger holds a MPM and CSM certification.

Roger Weakley holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Excelsior University, obtained in 2016. Roger also holds an Associate of Arts (AA) from Coastline College in Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician. Additionally, they are a Master Project Manager (MPM) certified by PMRGI OPPM, obtained in September 2020, and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certified by Scrum Alliance, obtained in July 2022. Roger also holds a Homeland Security Level 5 certification from the American Board for Certification in Homeland Security.
