John Gleason

John Gleason has had a varied and successful career. In 2015, they were the Fellowship and Social Chair for Kappa Sigma Fraternity, where they organized, coordinated and facilitated events accommodating 300+ individuals, managed a budget and ended with a surplus, and practiced effective communication with fellow community leaders. In 2016, they worked as a Bank Teller at Huntington National Bank, where they processed hundreds of transactions a day, assisted innumerable clients daily, and exuded professionalism while maintaining a positive work environment. In 2017, they worked as a Field Organizer for the Republican Party of Virginia, where they worked their way from volunteer to Turf Coordinator to Field Organizer within three weeks, and was responsible for recruiting and utilizing a minimum of 15-20 volunteers each week. John also worked as Regional Director CO-06 for the Congressional Leadership Fund, where they were entrusted with setting up and managing a grassroots campaign, and conducted research on their candidate as well as their opposition, and compiled data into 16 unique Google spreadsheets. In 2018, they worked as a Universal Banker for PNC, where they assisted bank customers with account management, opened new accounts, loans and credit lines, and helped to manage both the workload of both the personal bankers as well as the teller line. Finally, in 2019, they were the Field Operations Manager for Focal Systems.

John Gleason's education history includes a Master of Science in Data Analytics from the University of Cincinnati, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Insurance and Risk Management from the University of Cincinnati, and a Business Administration and Management degree from Kent State University. John also has certifications from Udemy in Analytics and Programming.
