Brad Herda

Brad Herda is the President CEO of Vision Forward LLC and a Certified Master Coach at FocalPoint. With experience in manufacturing, construction, remodeling, trades, and homebuilders, Brad also serves as a Podcast Co-Host at Blue-Collar BS. In their previous roles at Caterpillar Global Mining LLC and Bucyrus International, Brad demonstrated expertise in supplier collaboration, project management, and subcontract manufacturing. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Brad has a strong background in quality management, ISO registration, production control, and customer service.
