John Jennings, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. John is currently working as a Certified Business and Executive Coach and Trainer at FocalPoint, where they coach and trains business owners, executives, professionals, and teams to achieve professional and business success. In addition, John is a Board Member at Campbellsville University and is involved in product and business development for the Rx Solutions Platform at BluMine Health.

Previously, John founded and served as the President of Inspired Business Concepts, Inc., a company dedicated to helping non-profits and churches expand their reach and impact through web technologies. John also owned Inspired Technology, a web design and hosting company focused on serving churches and non-profit organizations.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, John worked at ISeeYouCare, Inc. as the VP of Health and Wellness Platform, where they played a key role in developing a patient-centric health IT platform. John also held various positions at Trinity Video Communications, including AVP & Chief Technology Officer, Asst. Vice President of Technology Development, and Director of Information Technology. In these roles, John was responsible for driving business development, leading software development efforts, and managing IT support systems.

Earlier in their career, John worked at Yum! Brands as a Sr. Manager - Restaurant Information Systems, where they led multiple application teams and projects related to HR, web architecture, enterprise architecture, and data integration. John also served as a Part-time Instructor at the University of Louisville.

John's extensive experience in coaching, business development, technology, and leadership showcases their ability to excel in diverse environments and drive growth and success.

John Jennings, MBA received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science, Math, and Statistics from Eastern Kentucky University, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. John furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bellarmine University, completing their studies from 1991 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, John has obtained various certifications. In June 2018, they became a Certified FocalPoint Business Coach and Trainer through FocalPoint, and in December 2018, they acquired the Navigational Conversations certification from Landscape Learning. Their most recent certification is as a Certified Executive Coach, which they obtained from FocalPoint in June 2020.
