Kerrie Hoffman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kerrie began their career in 1995 with Johnson & Johnson, where they held multiple roles in sales, management, and IT. Kerrie later served as the IT Director for Supply Chain at Johnson & Johnson.

In 2005, Hoffman became the CIO for Global Supply Chain at Johnson & Johnson's Consumer Business, where they played a key role in driving the development of the company's global supply chain strategy and IT globalization. Kerrie also led the integration of Pfizer Consumer Healthcare.

Hoffman then joined J&J Consumer Asia Pacific as the VP & CIO, where they led a regional IT team and delivered technology-enabled business capabilities for the Asia Pacific region. Kerrie focused on driving growth, innovation, and value creation.

In 2011, Hoffman transitioned to Johnson Controls, where they served as the VP of IT Power Solutions and later as the VP of IT Building Efficiency. In these roles, they delivered business technology solutions and implemented cloud solutions at a record speed and payback compared to traditional software.

Hoffman took a sabbatical in 2017, during which they dedicated time to community board positions, industry groups, angel investing, and the startup community.

After their sabbatical, Hoffman held various advisory and leadership roles at companies such as The Congruity Group, HashedIn, GAVS Technologies, and SAGE IT, INC. Kerrie provided strategic advice and guidance on digital transformation, automation, cloud, AI technologies, and more.

In 2019, Hoffman joined Get Digital Velocity, Inc. and assumed multiple roles involving digital journey road mapping, tangible accelerated solutions, spend analysis shift, and digital exploration planning.

Hoffman is also an official member of the Forbes Technology Council, a community of business owners and leaders who share insights and solve business challenges.

Throughout their career, Hoffman has shown a passion for coaching and empowering others to reach their potential in both business and life. Kerrie is known for their thought leadership in disruptive modern technologies and their ability to drive successful digital transformations.

Kerrie Hoffman's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies from Purdue University, which they obtained from 1982 to 1986. Kerrie later pursued Executive Certificates in International Business from Smith College in 2003, from The Wharton School in 2014 to 2015, and in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Harvard Business School in 2009 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Kerrie also obtained additional certifications, including an MBA from ThePower Business School in May 2022, and a PowerMBA from ThePowerMBA in January 2021.
