Kristina Raffaniello

Kristina Raffaniello has had several roles throughout their work experience. Kristina began their career in 2003 as an Academic Specialist at California Lutheran University, where they performed course instruction and maintained reference documents. In 2005, they became a Paralegal at Vititoe Law Group, where they drafted documents, updated files, and provided legal assistance. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Technical Writer at Rapattoni Corporation, researching and documenting technical design specifications. Since 2008, they have been the Chief Administrative Officer at FocalPoint International, Inc., overseeing daily operations and improving operational processes.

Kristina Raffaniello began their education at Royal High School from 1997 to 2001, where they studied English Language and Literature. Kristina then attended California Lutheran University from 2002 to 2005, earning dual Bachelor's degrees in English Literature and Business, with a focus on Tax Law. In 2009, they pursued a Master's degree in Accounting and Financial Management at Keller Graduate School of Management, which they completed in 2012. Kristina furthered their education at Simon Fraser University from 2016 to 2017 in Human Resources Management and Services. Currently, Kristina is studying Accounting and Finance at the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada), with an expected completion date of 2023.
