Maria D'Brot

Maria D'Brot currently serves as the Vice President of Design and Innovation at FocalPoint Education since April 2024. Previously, D'Brot held the position of Vice President of Assessment Design & Development at New Meridian from September 2022 to April 2024. D'Brot's extensive experience in educational administration includes a tenure at the Oklahoma State Department of Education, where responsibilities encompassed strategic oversight of assessment and accountability across various offices. D'Brot's career began as a Science and Math Teacher at Blanchard Public Schools from 2012 to 2016. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Research, Evaluation, Measurement, and Statistics from Oklahoma State University, a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences/Pre-Veterinary Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
