FOCUS by TELUS works hand-in-hand with our public sector customers and their subcontractors to custom-tailor our modular AVL/telematics platform for their unique industry challenges. Our innovative, route-centric approach delivers the insights our customers need to improve transparency, reduce fleet total cost of ownership, improve customer service, mitigate risk, track regulatory compliance, and maximize ROI.

Our route-centric approach makes it infinitely easier to monitor maintenance route progress/completion and substantially shrink administration staff as a result. And our time-delayed Citizen Portal loops your residents in on route progress, as well.

But possibly the most important differentiator for FOCUS is our world-class customer onboarding, implementation, ongoing (free!) training, and customer care which directly contributes to our 98% customer renewal rate.

Best of all, FOCUS is owned by TELUS, an industry leader in digital IoT solutions. This gives FOCUS access to a broad network of knowledgeable experts who support our customers’ long-term growth and sustainable business practices.

Let us show you how FOCUS can help you maximize productivity and employee accountability, improve transparency, diminish equipment downtime, keep drivers safer, and stay compliant with increasingly strict regulatory and environmental requirements.
