Amy Andrews has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Amy started their career in 2000 as an Inside Sales Manager at FiltersRx.com, Inc., where they played a crucial role in enhancing operations and managing customer relationships. In 2004, they joined The Wilderness Society as a Conservation Associate until 2006. Amy then moved on to Davis, Pickren, Seydel & Sneed, where they worked as an Attorney from 2007 to 2013, advising clients on corporate issues and business matters. Following this, Amy joined Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC as an Attorney, specializing in franchise, corporate transactions, and real estate law. Amy held this position until 2017 when they transitioned to Focus Brands LLC. At Focus Brands LLC, Amy initially served as a Senior Corporate Counsel and later became the Vice President and Associate General Counsel. In their roles at Focus Brands LLC, they contributed significantly to legal matters and provided guidance on corporate governance, transactions, and other related legal issues.
Amy Andrews received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, German, and Earth Systems Science from Rhodes College in 2001. Amy then went on to complete their Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Georgia State University from 2002 to 2004. Amy later pursued their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Georgia State University College of Law from 2006 to 2009.
