Catie Thompson

Catie Thompson has extensive work experience in the Food & Beverage industry. Catie began their career at Krispy Kreme as a Training Specialist, where they developed training programs and led team development in multiple locations. Catie then joined Chick-fil-A Corporate as a Sr. Interim Manager, consulting with operators, organizing teams, and contributing to various departments. Following this, Catie worked at Schlotzsky's as a Field Training Manager, conducting hands-on training and developing training resources. Catie later became a Training & Development Manager at Focus Brands LLC, where they maintained training materials and collaborated cross-functionally to improve operational efficiencies. Catie is currently working as a Co-Founder & Operations Support at Sparks Twins Lawn Care, LLC.

Catie Thompson attended The University of Georgia from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism with a focus on Public Affairs. Catie also pursued a minor in Human Development & Family Science.
