Crystal Lujan

Crystal Lujan has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Crystal started their career at Albertsons in 1996, where they held positions including Center Store Manager, Customer Service Associate/Bookeper, and Front End Manager. In 2004, they joined Focus Brands LLC as a Store Director, where they successfully led store teams and achieved increased sales. Crystal then joined Jamba Juice in 2009 as a General Manager before being promoted to Director of Operations Services, a role they held for over 9 years. In 2020, Crystal returned to Focus Brands LLC as a Director of Operations Services and was later promoted to Sr. Director Operations in 2022. Throughout their career, Crystal has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on customer service, and a track record of achieving success in various operational roles.

Crystal Lujan earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Western Governors University in 2021. Crystal then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same university, with a completion expected in 2023. Additionally, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in September 2022.
