Prior to this role, Eric worked as an HR Operations Consultant at Payroll Intel from January 2010 to May 2012, and spent several years at Deloitte as a Senior Manager in Compensation and Benefits Consulting from September 2002 to December 2009. Eric's career began at Arthur Andersen & Co., where Eric functioned as a Senior in Compensation and Benefits Consulting from 1999 to August 2002. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Bob Jones University, obtained from 1990 to 1994.
