Heather Lane

Heather Lane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and leadership development, currently serving as the Vice President of Training and Leadership Development at Focus Brands LLC since September 2020. Previously, Heather held multiple leadership roles at FOCUS Brands, including Senior Director of Learning & Development and Vice President of Training for Moe's Southwest Grill. As a self-employed contractor from July 2017 to September 2020, Heather specialized in learning development consultancy. With a solid foundation in operations and training from previous positions such as Director of Management Training at Longhorn Steakhouse and Director of Training at Ruby Tuesday, Heather has also operated Lane Consulting Services, focusing on instructional design and training materials. Heather earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Susquehanna University in 1990.
