Jacalyn Neal

Jacalyn Neal has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jacalyn began their career as a Store Manager at Auntie Anne's Pretzels Franchise in 1999, where they worked until 2014. In 2005, they also served as a Program Coordinator at the Hispanic Family Center of Southern New Jersey, Inc. Jacalyn then joined b.good Restaurants in 2014 as a Regional Director for the Philadelphia Area, a role they held until 2019. Jacalyn then transitioned to Focus Brands LLC, starting as a Franchise Business Consultant in 2019. Over the years, they have held positions such as Director of Company Operations and is currently serving as the Director of Ops Implementation Specialty.

Jacalyn Neal attended Rowan University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching and Psychology.
