Jennie Serpico

Jennie Serpico is a seasoned professional in retail IT systems and operations support with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Retail IT Systems at GoTo Foods since November 2021, Jennie manages technology processes for new store openings and relocations while overseeing a team of Technology Operations Coordinators. Previously, at Inspire Brands from February 2018 to August 2021, Jennie handled international training and operational support, acting as a liaison for internal teams and franchisees. Jennie’s career began at Buffalo Wild Wings in various roles, focusing on international fan experiences, operational training, and program development over more than a decade. Jennie holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, earned in 2007.
